How do I find the right size bandana?

Our  Triangle Bandanas comes in 6 sizes -Toy to XXL, measured from tip to tip of the neckline.

 Measure neck size and add 7-10 inches. For example if the neck measurement is 15 inches, add 10 inches for a total of 25 inches. The best fit will be XLarge size.

How do I place an order?

You can add and remove products as you wish, while you travel through our online catalogue. Each time an item is added to your Shopping cart, you will be given a confirmation, reflecting all the relevant details, of your chosen item(s). By clicking on the Shopping cart icon, you will be sent to view and edit your individual Shopping cart and its contents. All contents of the shopping cart will be presented for your approval prior to checkout. You may remove an item anytime by changing the quantity to 0. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "update" to see your new total. Once you have finished shopping and approved the contents, click " proceed to checkout".

How do I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, M/C, American Express and Pay Pal. Please note that Pay Pal eCheck payment require 6-8 days to process. Once we have received the funds from Pay Pal, we will ship your order within 24 hours. You may pay with either personal or business check made out to Bandanas Republic Inc. After you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Number. Please write the Order Number on the memo line of the check and mail it to:

We ship as soon as your check clears. We will cancel any orders placed that are not in receipt of a check within two weeks. Certified check payments , or money orders will avoid the clearing period required by using personal or business checks.

Is there a minimum order?

Our no minimum order policy gives the ability and flexibility to buy wholesale even if you are not ordering large lots.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

How do you process international orders?

On international orders, charges do not include any applicable taxes and duties, or brokerage fees. Taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm EST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out , you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order you can track it any time. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information If you are shipping to a Canadian PO Box, please track your order using your order reference number on the Canada Post website.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link where you can track it online.

What is the difference between "Order date" and "Ship date"?

On most websites, "Order date" and "Ship date" are not the same. Let's assume that you placed an order on Friday at 10:00pm EST. In this case your order will not ship until after the weekend. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into an account when considering the shipping date.

I live in North America. Can I ship internationally?

No! For all international orders the shipping address must be the same as the payment address.

Can I change my in process order?

We are sorry, orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfilment process we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in majority of cases our faster processing times work for your advantage. If you ordered an incorrect item, or you changed your mind, you may return the product(s) within 15 days from the date of shipment.
